How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). You can also physically purchase Pure Source products from any of our trusted nationwide resellers.

What currencies do you accept?

To see prices in your own currency, you can use the flag icon in the top right, select your currency and view the estimated price of your order. As we’re based in New Zealand, payment is made in $NZD and your bank/ card company will manage the conversion. You will see the total in $NZD in the cart and in the order confirmation email.

Can I use a discount code on my order?

From time to time we may provide discount codes that you can use to get special pricing. If you have a valid discount code, you MUST use it to get the discount. Enter the discount code in the box labelled ‘Discount Codes’ at the time of checkout. If you do not enter a valid discount code at the time of checkout, we cannot give you that discount or refund you the amount of the discount after your order is completed. Only one discount code can be used per order and we reserve the right to cancel discount codes at any time.

Are any taxes applied to my order?

If you live in New Zealand, then GST will be applied to your order at the checkout (please note, pricing displayed prior to checkout is exclusive of GST).  If you live outside of New Zealand, we will not apply any tax to your order, however please note that your local customs may charge tax on the products arrival into your country.  

What happens if a product I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If we have confirmed details for the date when the product will be available again, we will include these details on the product page on our website.

I’m looking for a gift - do you offer bundles?

Yes we do. We have a range of bundled gift products in beautiful packaging that are perfect for gifts. You can check these out here.

Are your products tested on animals and where are they made?

All of our products are free of genetically modified ingredients, are not tested on animals, and are made in nuclear free New Zealand.

I have a specific skin type - how can I find the right product?

It’s important that you select the right product for your specific skin type.  To assist you, we have information on skin types here and you can also use our handy filters on the product search pages.  If you’re still unsure, our friendly customer services team would be more than happy to help so please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We offer highly competitive shipping rates around the globe. You can use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart for a shipping estimate (which is then finalised prior to payment).

What should I do if I wish to return my product?

If your product arrives damaged or it is not the product you ordered, you can return it to us for a refund or replacement. For more information on returns please click here. However, please select your product carefully as we cannot refund you if you change your mind.

How can I be sure my online payment is secure?

Payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) which is one of the largest and most trusted eCommerce payment gateways in the world. We also provide a secure connection with Payment Express by using Secure Sockets Layer (S.S.L) protocol, which means all sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. Can I update my personal information?

You are welcome to update your personal details, including changing your email address, password, phone number and delivery address details any time when logging in to our website via the ‘My Account’ section using your email address and password.    

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password you may have your password reset by following the onscreen instructions in the ‘My Account’ section. Enter your email address and we will send you an email confirming your new temporary password.

Can I update my personal information?

You are welcome to update your personal details, including changing your email address, password, phone number and delivery address details any time when logging in to our website via the ‘My Account’ section using your email address and password.    

Is it possible to receive regular information via email about Pure Source’s latest products and special offers?

Yes, you can sign up via our homepage to receive our free email newsletters and to receive information on our latest products, special offers and product updates.  Simply enter your email address on our homepage and you are instantly subscribed.  You can also cancel your email subscription by following the simple instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or email.
