Delivery within New Zealand is managed by Poste Haste on tracked courier service. This typically means that orders arrive within 48 hours (and often overnight) but delivery times can be longer, in particular for rural deliveries. We are happy to offer our domestic customers a flat delivery rate of $5.00 in the North Island and $10.00 in the South Island regardless of your order.
International delivery is managed by NZ Post on an International Air service. Delivery time and pricing does will vary based on product(s) ordered and destination country. We do our utmost to continue to offer the most competitive delivery rates possible.

Delivery is typically within 48 hours within New Zealand but if you would like a real time update on your order status please contact us directly.
- International Order Tracking
We provide order tracking on all of our International Orders. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your consignment number for order tracking. You can also check the status of undelivered orders anytime by logging into the My Account section.
If your product arrives damaged or it’s not what you ordered you can return it to us for a replacement or credit. We accept authorised returns from around the globe. To organise & authorise your return please contact our friendly customer service team to provide you with a return form. Sending a product directly to us without authorisation may cause a delay in processing your replacement or refund.
